Our Certified Professional Accountants are capable of performing bookkeeping activities across a variety of platforms such as Quickbooks, Simply Accounting, Freshbooks, Wave Accounting, and Xero Accounting.
Where is your company’s staff based?
As a proud North American company, all of our Virtual Assistants are all English speaking professionals based in Canada and the U.S. This allows us to provide quality work for our clients and removes the language barrier that is often associated with foreign based Virtual Assistants.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We want to make purchasing from Taskella.com as convenient as possible and offer several different payment methods, including debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), PayPal and e-mail money transfers.
Do I need to have a PayPal account to make an order?
No! It is commonly misunderstood that a PayPal account is needed in order to make payments through PayPal. PayPal allows customers to purchases without setting up a PayPal account, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use. Without a PayPal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card that is supported by PayPal.
What is your refund policy?
SERVICE PLANS: Service plans may be postponed, delayed, and rescheduled without penalty for up to 3 months. Providing you with the safety and assurance that your payment won’t be wasted.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS: We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we do not offer refunds. If you incur any download or product issues please contact us at info@taskella.com.
What is your cancellation policy?
Though we would be sad to see you go, we offer our clients a stress free cancellation process. You can cancel at anytime during the service. A request to cancel will go into effect at the end of your current monthly plan. We are unable to issue a refund for any unused time between the date the cancellation was requested to the last day of the month. All cancellations must be submitted via email to info@taskella.com.
Is ordering online secure?
We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means). The server that hosts our website encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. How do I communicate with my Virtual Assistant?
We use a variety of methods to communicate with our clients including web conferencing, Skype, phone, email, social media, and project management software.
How can I assisgn a task/project to my Virtual Assistant?
Assignments are to be provided by email or through our project management portal. We require assignments in writing to avoid miscommunication and errors to ensure we deliver the desired output.
Do you provide in-person consultations?
For clients in the Greater Toronto Area, we are located at 250 Yonge Street Suite 2201 in downtown Toronto, one block North of Queen Station. Once you provide us with your availability, an appointment can be booked to meet with you in person. We also provide on-site consultations at your place of business.
